It is widely acknowledged that nowadays the job hunting of college graduates has become a pressing issue. All the information that the media conveys leaves us the impression that finding a decent job is becoming increasingly difficult. Many college students find themselves among the unemployed upon graduation.
大家都了解，目前大学毕业生找工作已成为迫切的问题。媒体传达的所有问题留给大家的印象是，找一份体面的工作变得愈加困难。很多大学学生发现自己一毕业就失业了。
Various factors are responsible for this phenomenon. Above all, the main reason is the annual growing population of college graduates. The number of college graduates has doubled or even tripled in recent years, while the number of jobs available has not increased correspondingly. On the other hand, higher education has failed to put enough stress on nurturing students overall abilities. As a result, lots of college graduates cannot meet the needs of the employers they want to work for.
